The Data is processed in the offices of the Owner and other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Personal data is processed and stored as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Therefore, the following applies:
Personal data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until this contract has been fully performed.
Personal data collected for the purposes of the Owner's legitimate interests will be retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil these purposes. The Owner may be permitted to retain Personal Data for a longer period where the User has consented to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. After the expiry of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be imposed after the expiry of the retention period.

If this type of service is installed, it may still collect traffic data for the pages on which it is installed, even if Users do not use it.

Rights of Users
